About the Role:
We’re hiring a Enterprise Account Manager to serve as both a trusted advisor to key clients and a knowledgeable partner to our internal delivery teams. This is a hybrid role that blends technical depth with client-facing communication — perfect for someone with a strong software background who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and leading conversations across both business and engineering stakeholders.
You’ll work closely with one of our largest enterprise clients, ensuring smooth delivery of software services, surfacing opportunities for growth, and proactively addressing risks. You’re not expected to code or act as a project manager, but you should be able to interpret tech conversations, guide expectations, and represent our capabilities with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Act as the primary point of contact for one or more strategic enterprise clients.
Build strong, consultative relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide technical context and clarity to client conversations, helping scope work and shape priorities.
Collaborate closely with internal delivery leads to ensure expectations, timelines, and resources are aligned.
Attend weekly client calls, surface roadblocks early, and lead issue resolution in partnership with internal teams.
Support pre-sales and expansion opportunities by translating client needs into actionable solutions.
Help internal teams anticipate client needs and maintain a “client-first” lens across delivery.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in a hybrid client/technical role — such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
Strong understanding of software development concepts (SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms, architecture basics).
Excellent communication and client management skills — you know how to listen, guide, and build trust.
High attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and natural ownership over client outcomes.
Ability to translate complex technical topics into business language (and vice versa).
Located in or able to travel to Kansas City occasionally for client meetings.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in software consulting, agency, or product development environments.
Previous experience working in a consultancy, product firm, or tech services company.
Background in account growth, renewal discussions, or business development collaboration.
Experience with distributed engineering teams (especially in LATAM or South Asia).
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where client priorities evolve quickly.
Familiarity with Agile development (not required to manage it, just understand the flow).
