About The Role

As an AI Agent Developer, you will design and deploy intelligent AI agents using platforms such as LangChain and OpenAI, integrating them with business systems to improve efficiency and user experience. This role combines AI technologies, system integration, and stakeholder collaboration

Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI agents tailored to business use cases

  • Integrate AI agents with internal systems, SaaS platforms, and analytics tools

  • Monitor and optimize agent performance, ensuring reliability and accuracy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation/AI opportunities

  • Maintain documentation for AI agent behavior, integrations, and workflows

  • Stay updated on trends in AI and low-code/no-code development

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI, automation, or software development roles

  • Hands-on experience building AI agents with OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks

  • Familiarity with Make.com and reverse ETL/automation tools a plus

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines

  • Experience integrating AI with business tools (NetSuite, Tableau, SaaS systems)

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for customization

  • Advanced English
