About the Role:

 We are looking for a graphic designer with a strong visual eye, product sensibility, and performance mindset to support the creative needs across three ACT Group brands: Allshore Talent, Condado, and Tricension.

 This is a strategic and executional role that involves designing across the full customer journey (branding, marketing, sales, and digital product touchpoints), to create high-performing, cohesive, and differentiated brand experiences.

You will also play a key role in shaping early-stage product and service ideas into go-to-market-ready offerings, working closely with the Head of Marketing to define the visual language, structure, and value communication needed to launch with clarity and impact.

What You’ll Do

 Visual & Brand Design

  • Develop and maintain visual identities across all ACT brands, ensuring brand consistency across channels and formats.

  • Create brand systems, templates, and design components to support scalability and efficiency.

  • Translate positioning and messaging into compelling visual storytelling.

 

Product & Offering Design Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to visually shape new product and service offerings, bringing abstract ideas into clear, market-ready formats.

  • Contribute to product marketing strategies by creating one-pagers, landing pages, diagrams, and visuals that explain how offerings work and who they’re for.

  • Support the development of brand narratives and naming conventions for new products or services.

Performance-Driven Marketing Assets

  • Design high-impact marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions, including:

  • Website and landing page mockups

  • Email campaigns and newsletters

  • Paid ads

  • Social media creatives

  • Whitepapers, eBooks, and other gated assets

  • Webinar and event materials

 

Sales Enablement & Internal Collateral

  • Design compelling sales materials, including pitch decks, brochures, and capability one-pagers.

  • Ensure brand consistency, thought leadership and professionalism across all client-facing content.

 

Use of Generative AI & Modern Design Tools

  • Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI) to accelerate creative development and scale production.

  • Stay informed on design trends and technologies that can elevate the team’s output.

 

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, brand designer, or visual designer, ideally in B2B, tech, consulting, or marketing-focused roles for US/EU brands.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-format work, including branding, web, marketing, and sales assets.

  • Fluency in design tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva Pro.

  • Understanding of design for performance and product storytelling.

  • Strong communication, organization, collaboration (cross-functional and distributed teams), and multi-tasking skills.

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in graphic and motion design.

  • Bonus: experience in motion design or lightweight video editing (e.g., After Effects, Runway, CapCut).
