About the Role
We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to serve as both a trusted advisor to key clients and a strategic partner to our internal delivery teams. This is a hybrid role blending account management expertise with light project management oversight — perfect for someone with a strong software background who enjoys building relationships, coordinating deliverables, and aligning stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
You’ll work closely with one of our largest enterprise clients, ensuring smooth delivery of software services, surfacing opportunities for growth, and proactively addressing risks. While this is not a full project manager role, you’ll bring structure and organization to client initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and expectations are consistently clear and met.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Act as the primary point of contact for one or more strategic enterprise clients.
Build strong, consultative relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide technical context and clarity in client conversations, helping scope work and set realistic priorities.
Coordinate internal delivery teams, ensuring expectations, timelines, and resources remain aligned.
Track project milestones and deliverables, escalating risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
Attend weekly client calls, summarize key action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables.
Support pre-sales and expansion opportunities by translating client needs into actionable solutions.
Help internal teams anticipate client needs while maintaining a client-first lens across delivery.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in a hybrid client/technical role — such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
Strong understanding of software development concepts (SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms, architecture basics).
Excellent communication and client management skills — you know how to listen, guide, and build trust.
Proven ability to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders across multiple projects.
High attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and natural ownership over client outcomes.
Ability to translate complex technical topics into business language (and vice versa).
Located in or able to travel to Kansas City occasionally for client meetings.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in software consulting, agency, or product development environments.
Familiarity with account growth, renewals, or business development collaboration.
Experience with distributed engineering teams, especially in LATAM or South Asia.
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities may shift quickly.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and how they integrate into delivery workflows.
