About the Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead our enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth efforts at Condado. In this high-impact role, you will focus on selling Condado’s cutting-edge CX technology services and AI-driven solutions to large enterprises. You will lead the full sales cycle – from prospecting and consultative discovery through negotiation and closing – and also manage key client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and account expansion. This role requires a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, especially in the CX technology or software solutions space. As the head of our enterprise sales efforts in Salt Lake City, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and expanding Condado’s client base in line with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Enterprise Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to target high-value enterprise clients seeking to transform their customer experience. Leverage industry knowledge and a consultative sales approach to build a robust pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term Condado clients.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management & Revenue Generation: Lead the entire sales cycle for Condado’s CX solutions – from initial outreach and needs discovery, through tailored proposal and negotiation, to deal closure. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, driving substantial revenue growth. Utilize data-driven prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify and engage key decision-makers in target organizations.

  • Strategic Revenue Planning & Goal Attainment: Define ambitious sales goals aligned with Condado’s growth strategy and develop plans to achieve them. Emphasize securing large, multi-year enterprise contracts and building recurring revenue streams through long-term partnerships. Continuously monitor your pipeline and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure you consistently exceed your quotas.

  • Account Management & Expansion: Nurture and grow relationships with newly acquired enterprise accounts. Ensure client success and satisfaction post-sale, working closely with delivery teams to drive successful outcomes. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Condado services, expanding our footprint within each account and increasing the lifetime value of client relationships.

  • CRM & Sales Operations: Leverage CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) to manage your sales pipeline, document all client interactions, and maintain accurate forecasting. Analyze CRM data and sales metrics to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Ensure data integrity and champion best practices in sales operations to optimize efficiency and reporting across the sales team.

  • C-Level Relationship Building: Engage with C-suite and senior executives (e.g. CIOs, CTOs, Chief Customer Officers) at client organizations to understand their strategic business needs in customer experience. Present compelling, tailored solutions that demonstrate how Condado’s AI-powered CX offerings deliver tangible business value. Build trust and credibility with executive stakeholders by showcasing thought leadership and in-depth CX technology expertise.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Sales Leadership: Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development (with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role).

  • Domain Expertise: Proven success in selling complex technology solutions or consulting services to large enterprises. Experience in the customer experience technology, AI/automation, or enterprise software sector is highly preferred. A track record of closing significant deals (e.g. ~$1.5M+ annually) and managing long sales cycles is required.

Skills:

  • Consultative Selling & Negotiation: Exceptional client acquisition skills with a consultative approach, capable of conducting high-level discussions and leading complex negotiations to close enterprise-level deals.

  • Communication & Presentation: Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, with experience pitching to and influencing C-level executives. Able to clearly articulate value propositions and tailor messaging to different stakeholders.

  • Industry & Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the CX landscape – familiarity with contact center solutions, AI-driven customer service, CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce), and related technologies. Ability to quickly learn and convey how technical solutions drive business outcomes.

  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting. Experience with data-driven sales prospecting tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar) to research and connect with leads.
