About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled ERPNext Consultant & Developer to join our team full-time. This hybrid role requires someone who can both implement ERPNext for clients and customize the system to meet specific business needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure modules, develop custom scripts, and ensure smooth deployment and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ERPNext modules based on client business processes (Accounting, CRM, Inventory, HR, etc.)

  • Customize ERPNext via scripting (Python, JavaScript) to support business-specific workflows

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into ERP solutions

  • Develop reports, custom fields, print formats, and automations within ERPNext

  • Provide training and support to users post-implementation

  • Handle data migration and system integrations as needed

  • Continuously improve ERPNext deployments and keep systems up to date

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with ERPNext as a developer or consultant

  • Strong understanding of ERPNext architecture and Frappe framework

  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript

  • Experience in implementing and customizing ERP systems

  • Familiarity with server-side scripting, REST APIs, and front-end tweaks

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
