About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Associate to support our Accounting & Finance Department. This hybrid role is ideal for a candidate with a solid grounding in finance or accounting who’s also comfortable supporting general administrative functions. You’ll play a key role in daily operations, reporting, and organization—helping the department stay on track, accurate, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting Support
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and journal entries
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain and organize financial documentation such as invoices, receipts, and statements
Process invoices, payments, and assist in accounts payable/receivable tracking
Conduct data entry and perform quality checks for accuracy in accounting systems
Participate in audits and tax preparation activities as needed
Research and apply accounting best practices and regulatory compliance (GAAP knowledge a plus)
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department (calendar coordination, file management, scheduling meetings, etc.)
Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems (digital and physical)
Help organize departmental documentation, including policies, procedures, and internal communications
Coordinate with internal departments or external vendors as needed
Assist with special projects, reporting tasks, or process improvements as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
1–4 years of professional work experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role
Strong understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
