Role Overview

Condado is seeking a Five9 CCaaS Platform Engineer to support the technical implementation and ongoing operation of Five9 environments. This role is execution heavy and technical, focused on configuring, deploying, and supporting Five9 platforms based on approved solution designs.

You will work closely with Condado solution architects and delivery leads, translating designs into production ready environments. This role is not responsible for solution architecture or client strategy, but plays a critical role in ensuring stable, well configured Five9 implementations.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Five9 contact center environments

  • Build and maintain IVRs, ACD routing, queues, skills, and agent configurations

  • Configure inbound and outbound campaigns and dialing logic

  • Manage users, roles, permissions, and tenant settings

  • Support CRM and third party integrations, including testing and troubleshooting

  • Participate in go live activities and post deployment stabilization

  • Provide operational and managed services support for active client environments

  • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate when needed

  • Maintain technical documentation and configuration records

Required Qualifications

  • Two to three years of hands on experience implementing or supporting Five9

  • Strong understanding of contact center concepts such as ACD, IVR, and call routing

  • Experience in a technical delivery or support role for CCaaS platforms

  • Comfortable working with configurations, system settings, and troubleshooting

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple client environments in parallel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in consulting or managed services environments

  • Exposure to CRM integrations such as Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Experience with other CCaaS platforms like NICE CXone, Zoom CX, or AWS Connect

  • Basic familiarity with REST APIs or integrations

  • English proficiency required, Spanish is a plus

Budget
$2,000 to $3,000 USD per month, depending on experience and location. Final compensation will be determined by the team based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and overall fit. Candidates should be comfortable with the minimum budget range outlined for this role.
This is a contractor’s role.
