About The Role

This role requires all three capabilities in the same person. The successful candidate must be able to build and ship production software, understand professional creative workflows at an expert level, and confidently lead unscripted demonstrations for senior executives at major enterprise organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Embed directly with large enterprise customers to build AI-powered creative production solutions.

  • Own complex customer engagements from the initial discovery conversation through production deployment, adoption and renewal.

  • Translate customer challenges into scalable, full-stack systems that deliver measurable business value.

  • Build and ship production code regularly.

  • Develop automated, multi-step creative workflows and pipelines.

  • Lead live, unscripted demonstrations for executive audiences, including CMOs and CTOs.

  • Drive customer adoption and help turn successful implementations into renewals or expanded engagements.

  • Operate independently and take full ownership of customer outcomes.

  • Build lasting production solutions—not short-term prototypes or demonstrations.

Job requirements

What You’ll Need

  • 7–10 years of experience building and shipping production software.

  • Strong full-stack engineering experience with recent, hands-on production coding.

  • Deep professional mastery of at least one creative platform, such as:

    • Figma

    • Photoshop

    • Illustrator

    • InDesign

    • After Effects

    • Premiere Pro

    • Cinema 4D

    • Substance 3D

    • A comparable professional creative tool

  • Hands-on experience building multi-step automated workflows or pipelines using tools such as ComfyUI, n8n or similar platforms.

  • Experience presenting complex technical solutions to senior enterprise executives.

  • A demonstrated ability to turn executive presentations or demonstrations into adoption, renewals or expanded engagements.

  • A public portfolio or verifiable examples of shipped work demonstrating both engineering and creative expertise.

  • The ability to independently own an engagement from discovery through production deployment and customer adoption.

Strong Pluses

  • Experience with enterprise generative AI or creative automation platforms.

  • Experience with creative production workflow builders or brand intelligence solutions.

  • Industry experience in:

    • Healthcare and Life Sciences

    • Financial Services

    • Media and Entertainment

  • Experience supporting medical, legal or regulatory compliance-review workflows.

  • DevOps experience.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must provide a public portfolio or verifiable examples of personally completed work demonstrating both:

  • Full-stack engineering and production software development

  • Professional creative-tool expertise

Candidates without a portfolio or verifiable shipped work cannot be considered.
