About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator & Automation Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of HubSpot across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in RevOps-focused HubSpot implementations, third-party integrations, and workflow automation. You will play a key role in enhancing marketing, sales, and service processes while also contributing to the development of AI-driven recruitment solutions.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage HubSpot Products, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, and Service Hub, ensuring seamless adoption and optimization.

  • Develop and maintain custom integrations, automation workflows, and data migration tools using Make.com, Zapier, OpenAI, Gong, and Clay.

  • Support internal teams by building in-house solutions to enhance operational efficiency within the HubSpot ecosystem.

  • Lead third-party API integrations to streamline data flow between HubSpot and other business tools.

  • Drive AI-based enhancements within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), leveraging OpenAI for intelligent recommendation features.

  • Oversee HubSpot onboarding and training, ensuring best practices and proper usage across departments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in HubSpot implementation, customization, and administration.

  • Strong background in RevOps strategies and optimizing business processes through automation.

  • Hands-on experience with Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, OpenAI, Gong, and Clay for automation and integrations.

  • Experience in developing AI-powered automation and recommendation systems is a plus.

  • Knowledge of data migration best practices and system integrations.

  • Ability to analyze business needs and implement scalable solutions within HubSpot.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
