Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior Project Coordinator to support our Account & Project Management team. In this role, you will work behind the scenes alongside experienced engagement leads, helping keep projects organized, communications clear, and stakeholders informed. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is highly organized, communicates exceptionally well in English, and wants to grow into a project management career within a supportive, collaborative environment.

You do not need years of formal project management experience for this role. What matters most is strong written and verbal English communication, professionalism in client interactions, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You will receive hands-on training, processes, and tools to help you succeed and become an effective contributor to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engagement leads with the day-to-day coordination of active projects

  • Help track project tasks, timelines, action items, and deliverables

  • Prepare and maintain clear, accurate project documentation, notes, and status updates

  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, fluent English

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, capturing follow-ups, and keeping stakeholders informed

  • Help ensure information flows smoothly between the engagement lead, internal team, and the client

  • Learn and apply Tricension's project processes, tools, and best practices over time

  • Proactively flag risks, blockers, or gaps to the engagement lead

  • Provide reliable behind-the-scenes support that keeps engagements running smoothly

Job requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (this is the top priority for the role)

  • Strong, professional communication manner suitable for client-facing interactions

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a structured way

  • A proactive, dependable, and coachable attitude with a genuine willingness to learn

  • Comfortable working fully remotely while staying responsive and accountable

  • Ability to overlap with US (Central Time) business hours for collaboration and meetings

Preferred Skills & Nice-to-Haves

  • Some exposure to project coordination, administration, or a client-support environment

  • Familiarity with common collaboration and project tools (e.g., scheduling, documentation, or task-tracking software)

  • Background working with or within SaaS, agency, SMB, or enterprise environments

  • Experience supporting US-based or international teams or clients

  • Interest in building a long-term career in project or account management

Timezone Expectations

This role follows US Central Time (CST) working hours. Candidates must be able to accommodate overlap with US Central business hours for meetings, coordination, and stakeholder communications.
