Project Details:
In this project, you'll work closely with the client's Marketing team under the guidance of one of the Salesforce practice managers, who is a specialist in Martech and Pardot. Together, you will help ensure the project uses the best practices for automating marketing and managing leads effectively.

Responsibilities
Targeting, Refinement, Segmentation:
Pull and refine target lists - inclusive of dynamic (attribute-based) and static list-building
Import and Segment Lead and Contact Lists, inclusive of Lead Routing to Sales
Email & Automated Journey Management:
Develop, execute, and optimize the performance of email marketing campaigns
Develop Automated Journeys for Pre and Post Event Comms
Create, Test, and Deploy Email Templates
Tracking and Reporting:
Support post-event and campaign analysis
Provide reports and insights for campaigns, events, engagements
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce CRM for campaign automation, lead segmentation, and list management.
Experience with automated email campaigns, including journey mapping, and pre- and post-event communications.
Strong knowledge of lead scoring models, engagement tracking, and routing processes.
Ability to track event performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Skills in reporting, analysis, and providing recommendations based on email campaign performance.
Experience in optimizing Pardot forms, user journeys, and MarTech infrastructure.
Strong attention to detail for QA of lead lists and ensuring campaign accuracy.
Ability to set up and automate monthly reporting, with troubleshooting skills.
Experience in training and supporting marketers on MarTech tools like Pardot and Salesforce.
This is a part-time (20-hour/week) position and is open anywhere with a 2-hour overlap with PST. This is a 6-month contract with a possible extension.
