About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and has hands-on experience with campaign execution, performance tracking, and content coordination across digital platforms.

You’ll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness and drive engagement across our channels.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Set up and manage marketing campaigns within Constant Contact, ensuring all materials, URLs, and assets are accurate, optimized, and tracked properly.

  • Performance Tracking: Create and manage Google UTM parameters to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement content calendars and pre-scheduled posts for LinkedIn and Facebook, maintaining consistent and engaging brand presence.

  • Content Creation Support: Coordinate and assist with the creation of marketing assets, including videos centered around EQ ID and other strategic initiatives.

  • Content Deployment: Strategize and support the rollout of content across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with campaign goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure all marketing activities align with overall brand strategy, objectives, and timelines.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or a related field.

  • Strong familiarity with Constant Contact, social media scheduling tools, and Google Analytics / UTM tracking.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Experience managing social media and digital content creation.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating or editing short-form video content for social media.

  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).

  • Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
