About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Management Intern to support our team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across various departments. This internship offers hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies. You will learn how projects are managed from initiation to delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams. 

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities. 

  • Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, and reports. 

  • Support coordination of meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. 

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in issue resolution. 

  • Collaborate with various teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to ensure project deliverables are on time. 

  • Prepare status updates, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client reporting. 

  • Learn and apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). 

  • Support resource allocation and task prioritization using project management tools. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. 

  • 0–1 year of experience in project coordination or academic projects. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and lifecycle

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. 

 

Preferred (Nice to Have) 

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or MS Project

  • Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Interest in learning about risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication

  • Certification or coursework in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, Agile fundamentals) is a plus.
