Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Lead (Account Executive) with experience in selling LATAM talent and a proven track record of success. In this role, you will identify and develop relationships with companies that are interested in hiring LATAM professionals, delivering consistent sales performance and meeting revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target companies that are actively seeking to hire from the LATAM region, establishing new client relationships.
  • Showcase a history of successfully closing deals, achieving revenue targets, and expanding business by leveraging LATAM talent.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the LATAM talent market, staying ahead of industry developments.
  • Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client needs and talent matching strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that meet client needs and highlight the value of hiring LATAM talent.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs set by management, including revenue growth, client retention, and new business acquisition.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions in CRM systems to track progress and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the staffing or talent acquisition industry, with a focus on LATAM talent.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully finding and engaging companies interested in hiring LATAM talent, with measurable results (revenue growth, client expansion, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM talent market, including key trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, driving initiatives from start to finish.
