Project Details:

The client is looking for a Salesforce professional to help build Experience Cloud sites for a couple of Salesforce apps.

The ideal candidate should have solid Salesforce knowledge, be able to write clear and well-defined user stories and help with testing to create a smooth user experience


Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.

  • Translate business needs into detailed technical and functional specifications for Salesforce configurations.

  • Configure Salesforce components, such as custom objects, fields, and flows, to align with client requirements.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, guiding users through test scripts and gathering feedback.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and clarify project goals.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce solutions, ensuring effective issue resolution.

  • Communicate project updates and potential risks to stakeholders and project managers.

  • Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support business insights and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years working on Salesforce implementation/support projects

  • Experience with one of Sales, Service, Platform, or Experience (Community) Clouds.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with US clients (Media & Entertainment experience is a big plus).

  • Experience facilitating workshops and meetings.

  • Experience writing test scripts and running user acceptance testing sessions.

  • Understanding of how to configure Salesforce to meet business requirements: custom objects, fields, flows, etc.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

This is a 5-month contract and is open LATAM only with an 8-hour overlap with PST.
