Project Details

As a Tableau Consultant, you will support dashboard validation, optimization, and integration across Tableau, Canvas LMS, and Salesforce. This is a short-term, impactful opportunity to solve critical data challenges within the education sector.

Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the data infrastructure between Canvas, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau

  • Validate and optimize existing Tableau dashboards

  • Fix calculated fields and ensure accurate data points

  • Optimize load time and performance

  • Validate role-level security

  • Build new Tableau dashboards based on upcoming needs

  • Create worksheets and dashboards aligned with spec documentation

  • Design layouts consistent with the organization’s branding

  • Test and validate data across all metrics

  • Support data source creation and table relationships

  • Serve as an advisor to internal teams lacking technical data expertise

Requirements

  • Expertise in Tableau dashboard development and optimization

  • Experience working with Canvas LMS, Salesforce, and Snowflake

  • Strong understanding of data validation, calculated fields, and role-level security

  • Experience designing clean, branded dashboards

  • Familiarity with education data and privacy concerns

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

  • Advanced English

This is a 3 months contract (Full-time or part-time, depending on availability) with possibility of extension open to candidates in LATAM in the EST.
