Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead who is comfortable owning technical decisions, guiding developers, and collaborating directly with clients. This role blends hands on development with leadership responsibilities. You will be expected to set coding standards, support design decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure that the technical work aligns with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of assigned projects and ensure best practices are followed
• Design, develop, and review high quality code using modern frameworks and tools
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and client stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions
• Mentor and support junior and mid level developers
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to solution design
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance, and security standards
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear guidance to the team
• Report risks, blockers, and progress to internal leaders and client teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement and internal knowledge sharing

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands on software development experience
• Strong experience with one or more modern programming languages, for example Node JS, C Sharp, Java, Python, or similar
• Solid understanding of relational databases and cloud environments
• Experience leading small engineering teams or owning technical decisions
• Strong debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Experience working in agile environments
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders
• Comfortable in client facing settings
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices, cloud architectures, or DevOps practices
• Experience with front end frameworks such as Angular or React
• Experience working with US clients
• Familiarity with CI CD pipelines and version control standards
• Certification in cloud platforms or related technologies
