We are currently seeking a Technical Software Implementation Manager to lead and own the delivery of Gong and HubSpot implementations, ensuring our clients receive best-in-class technical solutions and strategic guidance.

The Role

As a Technical Software Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client implementation projects, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring successful deployment and configuration of Gong, HubSpot, and related RevOps systems. You’ll operate at the intersection of project management, solution design, and client consulting, working with revenue leaders to translate their goals into technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership: Lead Gong and HubSpot implementation projects from discovery through to successful delivery, including kickoff, configuration, testing, training, and transition to ongoing support.

  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and primary liaison to client stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, IT), delivering a consultative experience that aligns technology to business outcomes.

  • Technical Delivery: Design, configure, and deploy Gong and HubSpot solutions; manage data migrations, integrations, and custom workflows using agency tools or APIs.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular status updates, manage expectations, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure technical accuracy, scalability, and best practices in all implementation deliverables.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Solutions Architects, RevOps consultants, and developers to deliver holistic solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to internal process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1.5+ years in software implementation or RevOps delivery—ideally within a services agency or consulting firm.

  • Strong expertise in Gong and/or HubSpot—certifications are a plus.

  • Salesforce experience—configuration, integration, or administration—is a significant advantage.

  • Proven ability to manage complex implementation projects and translate business goals into technical configurations.

  • Exceptional communication and client management skills—capable of leading stakeholder conversations at both executive and operational levels.

  • High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and ability to juggle multiple client engagements.

  • Self-starter mentality with a bias for action and a passion for helping others win.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot and/or Gong and/or Salesforce certification(s)

  • Experience working in or with high-growth SaaS, agency, or professional services environments

  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp

or
