Role Overview
Condado is looking for a Zoom CX Consultant to support client implementations and ongoing delivery work for Zoom Contact Center. This role is more functional and client facing than a pure engineering position and focuses on understanding business requirements, configuring the platform accordingly, and guiding clients through adoption.
You will act as a bridge between client stakeholders and Condado’s technical delivery team, ensuring Zoom CX solutions align with operational goals and user expectations.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients to understand contact center requirements and operational goals
Translate business needs into Zoom Contact Center configurations
Configure queues, routing logic, IVRs, and agent workflows in Zoom CX
Advise clients on best practices for agent experience and CX operations
Support user onboarding, training, and adoption activities
Participate in go live planning and post launch support
Collaborate with platform engineers on integrations and advanced configurations
Document requirements, configurations, and process changes
Required Qualifications
Two to three years of experience working with Zoom Contact Center or Zoom Phone in a CX context
Strong understanding of contact center operations and agent workflows
Experience working in a client facing or consulting role
Ability to translate business requirements into platform configurations
Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Comfortable working with US based clients in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other CCaaS platforms such as Five9, NICE CXone, or AWS Connect
Exposure to CRM systems and CX analytics or reporting tools
Experience supporting implementations or change management efforts
English proficiency required.
Budget
$2,000 to $3,000 USD per month, depending on experience and location. Final compensation will be determined by the team based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and overall fit. Candidates should be comfortable with the minimum budget range outlined for this role. This is a contractor’s role.
